On Tuesday, October 6, 2015, in a very chilly weather, our class SXB met at the main train station in Pilsen and then we got to Prague. From the main station we went on foot to a new building of the National Museum. Our concern was the exhibition of Death. There was a nice guide from whom we learned a lot of interesting things. We could see e.g. tombs, skeletons, funerary equipment, etc at the exhibition.  We learned different ways of burying, or methods of torture in the Middle Ages. Then we moved to another part of the city, where we were walking on the battlefield at the White Mountain and there was also a folly Star, where there was a model of the battle, documents and some objects associated with this unique Renaissance building. On the second floor, there was a modern art exhibition. At that time of the excursion the sun was shining so we could admire the brightly colored autumn nature in the park around the folly. I think that everyone has liked this trip.
