From 6th till 10th of October some pupils from two classes of our school Sekuda A and Sekunda B were chosen to spend one week in a program of exchange visit. Our friends from Germany arrived to the main train station in Pilsen on Thursday 6th of October where we welcomed them with name cards which we prepared in advanced at school. We were very nervous and scared when we met the Germans for the first time but after a few hours we became friends.

During a week which the Germans spent here we visited our main city Prague, Mariánské Lázně, we walked through the centre of Pilsen and we did several activities.

And the most important thing? We were learning how to communicate with different languages of different countries. But we also had a time for shopping because who doesn´t like shopping? In our Czech families where the Germans were living it was very busy because not everybody speaks English or German, so sometimes it was very hard to understand each other but all of us did it very well.

Friday 10th of October was very unhappy and sad because we spent a perfect time together. The only problem was the weather because the whole week was raining. I am looking forward to Germany because my friend and also my German room neighbour is very nice, sweet, clever and fine person. I enjoyed this week very much and I bet that when I will be 70 years old I will be thinking about this week very much.
