I must say I really enjoyed the last week we spent on the skiing course in Pec pod Sněžkou. It was such a busy week full of skiing, cross-country skiing, walking and most importantly having fun.
The first day we met in front of school in the morning and went by bus for about 4 hours. When we arrived to Pec pod Sněžkou we had to hike to our hotel, which was located higher in the mountains. The way was pretty long and exhausting, but at least the weather was nice.
The second day after breakfast we finally started skiing. The snow was melting and the conditions weren´t perfect, but still it was enough for us to get better. I would say that we all improved our skiing technique throughout the week.
Our cross-country skiing trip was planned for the third day. I was personally quite worried, because I´ve only tried cross-country skiing once, but at the end it was a nice experience. We visited a tower on an opposite hill from our hotel and I think we all were doing very well.
We ended up the week with a little party and on Saturday we went back home. I definitely made great memories and I´m looking forward for next experiences with my class.
