There are countless sightseeing in Pilsen and the Semler residence is also certainly worth seeing. The newly renovated villa, architected by Adolf Loos, was opened in September last year. Despite the inconspicuously, perhaps even a decrypt-looking building on the outside, the interior is impressive.

Semler residence is located at Klatovská 110. I would definitely recommend using the tram 4, while parking here could be complicated. Undoubtedly, it is great to make a reservation, so you do not have to wait on the spot. Near the entrance is a café in a similar style to the interior in the villa if you have some extra time here.

The tour lasted just over an hour, followed by education and two films. Honestly, I could have just a tour, as everything important and the most interesting we heard from the lady guide, which was great. You will learn about Loos´s architecture itself as well as information about Semler family. There are not only decorated spaces, which include amazing work with light, wood and colours for the family, but also ordinary staff rooms.

Overall, if you looking for an interesting and unremarkable experience in Pilsen, I would strongly recommend Semles villa.
