On April 4 there was pre-testing for Cambridge exams held at our school. 60 students applied for and took part in the exam which was complete with the exception of the speaking part.
The testing was prepared and the task sheets were later on evaluated by the language school Eufrat. In a few weeks´ time students received their results which were outstanding. Out of sixty students twenty-two received grade A, which means C1 level. Forty eight students passed altogether. Five students were not evaluated, because due to a time schedule, they didn´t finish the testing as they have some extracurricular activities during the last part of the test and they had to leave.
We are grateful that such events are regularly held at our grammar school and not only the participants but also the teachers themselves can see the results of their work.
