A few weeks ago we, TERCIE A, had a lecture about healthy food and nutrition. We talked about it for two hours. We were talking about anorexia and bulimia and a lot of other very dangerous eating disorders that you can have if you are not eating healthily.

It all starts by a little: “You have to put off weight:” Carry on looking at yourself in the mirror and a diet.  It is still OK, when you are just on a diet and you are moving as well. However, if you overstate your diet and you don´t eat at all, it´s bad. We call it anorexia.

Next, also not very safe, eating disorder is bulimia. You eat as much as you can, even if it is a candy, salty food or another unhealthy junk food. Then you feel bad and you will have a seizure. After that you go to the toilet, put your finger into your throat and… It´s not an easy thing. My advice is to be yourself and don´t care about those dump things others think and say about you.

I enjoyed the lecture very much and the topic was very interesting.
