On Wednesday, 13. 5. 2015, our school took part in the 25th Czech Day against Cancer.The money collected is for the charities League Against Cancer Prague and International Cancer Control. We were split into two member groups. I think there were about 30 groups from our class, Sexta B, and from 2. B, 2. A, Septima A and Septima B. Our most frequent destinations were Americká Street and the surroundings of our school but also Republic Square and Smetana Gardens. Each group got 50 "plastic flowers". These were sold to people as a symbol that they had contributed to the fight against cancer. It was my first experience with selling in the street, so I am glad about that. Overall, our school raised about 35 000 crowns.
