Every year our school goes to Pec pod Sněžkou, because of skiing course.
Our adventure started on Monday 8th of March. We had to load our huge baggage and bags with skis and ski boots onto the bus. It was very difficult, but we did our best. Then me and my friends found cozy places on the bus and just chilled for four hours. When we arrived, we needed to go uphill to our hotel. It was horrible and I thought that nothing would be worse. However, I was wrong.
The second day our teachers divided us into four groups according to our ski abilities. In the afternoon we went to practice our cross-country skiing, since we had to go on a long trip on cross-country skis next day. The long trip was the worst thing bout the skiing course. We did the circle around around our hotel and the goal was Luční bouda. In the end, it was funny but I looked forward to relaxing in my bed.
Next three days we were downhill skiing and in the evening we played some board games, for example BANG. We did some funny activities with teams, for example pantomime too.
One big disadvantage were small portions of meals, so we were always hungry. One the other hand, we could get a cake, but we ate the cake very fast.
Even though some things weren´t to my taste, I am happy about our course. I think that we hove better relationships in our class after the course. I would recommend it to everyone to go, because it is a good life experience.
