The best day of the school year? On the 26th May we had a project day in my school. The theme was 500 years since the Habsburgs came to Czechia. We participated in a lot of different but very interesting activities.
One thing, that makes everything better is food. And luckily there were a lot of traditional dishes available to try for free during the whole day. You could taste bunch of different types and variations of Strudel and other traditional desserts like Sacher cake or apple pie with crust on top. For lunch we had Vienner Schnitzel and it was delicious.
I have already mentioned that we participated in a few activities. There are some of them: We became architects that were planning buildings for Rudolf II. and we styled our own tables. We learned so much about the architecture, but my personal favorite activity was about art and we were supposed to draw our friends while using things they like. It came out really well and we laughed a lot.
Overall, it was a great day, not the best day of the year but still on of the best ones. I would love to participate in something similar in the future.
